Oversized tankless units sold into small original homes
Why here: A compact 1970s or 1980s Fox and Jacobs home has two baths and modest simultaneous demand. A 199,000 BTU unit delivers capacity the house will never use while forcing maximum gas and venting cost.
What we do: We size against actual fixture count and a 55 degree F winter rise, which in much of the original build-out points to a correctly sized mid-output unit that installs more easily and costs less.
