• Appointment windows are estimates. Emergency calls can displace scheduled work, and we would rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise.
• Work that requires a municipal permit will be permitted and inspected. Permit and inspection fees are passed through.
• Scope changes discovered on site — an undersized gas branch, an unusable vent path, a failed shutoff — are discussed and priced before the work continues, not after.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, Financing.

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which is issued by the manufacturer and governed by their terms, including their registration and maintenance requirements. Manufacturer warranties on tankless units commonly require documented annual descaling, and hard water is a frequent basis for denial of a heat exchanger claim.

Any workmanship warranty applying to labour we perform will be stated in writing on the work order for that job. Nothing on this website creates a warranty by itself. Call (972) 430-9024 to confirm what applies to a specific job.
